What He Did For Hip Hop: In the mid-1990s Hip Hop exploded onto the mainstream, which meant artists like Puff Daddy and Notorious B.I.G had substantially more income and were extremely quick to flaunt it. The question is, is this title, or even a place in the coveted top ten, rightfully deserved? No, it isn’t.
